CEP Field Notes

About CEP Field Notes

This blog is for people already using Anthologic’s Client Experience Platform. It covers available features, where to find them and examples of how to use them in an existing piece of work.

How the posts are created

Feature posts are created by AI driving CEP automatically: setting up demo workspaces and portlets, adding example data, using the modules and taking screenshots of the results. The AI writes the walkthroughs from those worked examples so you can try the features yourself.

Find a feature or follow a workflow

Use the topic filters or search on the home page to find a tool. Posts include numbered steps, screenshots and a worked example. Start with modules, portlets and workspaces if you need a refresher on the terminology.

The examples cover access, The Future Matrix, shared editing, graph modules, Narrative Mapper, Gantt Roadmap, MCP and the Lemon Slice interviewer. Each post lists the exact Add Portlet search terms; combined examples show how to use several modules in one piece of work. Use a separate example portlet when trying an import or experimenting with unfamiliar controls.

Demo files and access

The demo notes list the portlets used in the screenshots and the files available to download. The original workspace is private; the blog does not grant access to it. You can follow the workflows with your own permitted portlets.

Dates and screenshots

The 15 entries are arranged as an April–November 2026 retrospective. Archive dates organise the series and are not feature release dates. Screenshots and instructions reflect the November 2026 local demonstration. Demonstration organisations, participants and working data are fictional; credited creators are real.
