CEP Field Notes

Inside the demo workspace

The screenshots in this journal were captured from working portlets in a local CEP development environment on 3 November 2026. The workspace is called CEP Blog · Field Notes. It contains 15 private portlets, created specifically for this series.

A fictional engagement, end to end

Harbour Services explores onboarding and a delivery pilot. Harbour Energy explores futures and uncertainty. Coastal Futures explores resilience options. The organisations, people, plans, targets and data are invented for demonstration.

The website is a static publication. It does not connect visitors to the private workspace or display live CEP data. The screenshots show saved state; they do not establish that simultaneous editing or an agent run took place during capture.

Download the example data

These small JSON files contain fictional data only. The Gantt example uses CEP's documented Load Portlet from File envelope and a fresh copy ID. The other files are state or graph-data snapshots, not universal import packages; consult the target module's guide before using them.

Published graph snapshots

The private Common Graph contains four published contributions: the service model, staff directory, project contacts and pilot plan. It retains 38 source nodes and 44 relationships before any unification. The examples deliberately preserve different source vocabularies and a repeated name.

Using the examples

Use the screenshots and files alongside the relevant post. If you have access to the demo workspace, find the portlets by the titles listed above. Otherwise, use a separate example portlet in your own workspace and check the module’s import instructions for each file.
